    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.Should you be unhappy with any part of your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We are committed to doing whatever we can to resolve the situation to your satisfaction!

    If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please email to  and provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will contact you and will send further instructions to resolve the situation.

    Please note the following to our return and exchange policy:

    • We offer FREE returns within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
    • Shipping charges for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer.
    • The item you purchased has not been used, worn, or washed.
    • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Returned items must be in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    You will be notified via the email address associated with your order within 24 business hours of your return's arrival at our Online Division. It can take up to two weeks to fully process your return and reimbursement. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
