Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
Giving you 100% satisfaction with your purchase is our priority. We understand sometimes the items might not be what you expected, No worries! Should you be unhappy with any part of your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately.Â
We accept return orders within 30 days of receiving your order. The buyer will not be responsible for the return shipping fee under the following conditions:
- You receive defective or damaged items.
- Missing items
- The items are not as what they are described as the advertisement
- You receive the wrong items
For other return reasons that are not related to the quality issues, such as change-of-mind or incorrect purchases, the buyer should be responsible for the return shipping fee. The shipping fee you pay for the order will be deducted from the refund as well.
The returned items must be:
- Unwashed in their original condition.
- NEW with Tag
- Returned in the original plastic bag packaging.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and willing to return your order, please email customersupport@heathyoga.net and provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service representative will contact you and will send further instructions to resolve the situation.
* We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items (and their packaging) that are not in their original condition.

DAMAGED, WRONG, OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive any defective or incorrect items, please email customersupport@heathyoga.net include the following information:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the productÂ
- Complete address

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
You will be notified via the email address associated with your order within 24 business hours of your return's arrival at our Online Division. It can take up to two weeks to fully process your return and reimbursement. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and it would be processed within 2 working days. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
